Osteopathy is a hands-on therapy that is particularly suitable for treating climbers because of its local focus within a holistic framework. Treating injury or imbalances in your joints, muscles, ligaments and nerves allows your body to function effectively, reducing pain and discomfort and speeding up recovery from injury.
Treatment could involve manipulation of joints, bones, ligaments, connective tissue, muscle and tendons, cranial osteopathy. It may also include nutritional advice, remedial exercises and relaxation techniques.
